Job summary

A well-established custodian in Singapore is seeking a front line customer service professional. The role involves assisting visitors, managing admissions and events, and promoting exhibitions. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, are preferably bilingual, and must be willing to work weekends and public holidays. Competitive gross compensation of up to $2100 is offered.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of front line/customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Flexible in customer interactions in a front-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Front counter duties: admissions, event fees, membership, merchandise sales.
  • Greet and assist visitors in person, on phone, and via email.
  • Promote exhibitions and tours.
  • Manage daily takings and replenish collateral.
  • Oversee cash and cheque collections.
  • Assist with wayfinding and guide usage.
  • Coordinate group visits and conduct inspections.
  • Collect visitor feedback and compile reports.
  • Handle guided tour registrations and inquiries.
  • Manage email and phone inquiries.

💥 Requirements

9:30am to 7pm daily
