Job summary

A staffing solutions company seeks customer service personnel in Singapore to provide excellent visitor interactions in Botanic Gardens. Responsibilities include managing queries, ensuring safety, and performing crowd control. Minimum GCE O Level required, with a preference for candidates with customer service and hospitality experience. Part-time opportunities available with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Enjoy working with the general public in an outdoor environment.
• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, or attractions sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries.
• Perform roving duties around the gardens.
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management.
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors.
• Perform service recovery where necessary.

• 7.30am to 7.30pm / 4 Days per week

Basic Salary

• $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)

Part‑Time Opportunity

• PTs are welcome at up to $12/hr!!!

Job Scope

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries
• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service
• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors
• Perform service recovery where necessary
• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous

• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
• Good communication skills and good command of English
