Duties and Responsibilities

To create a positive and engaging experience for all visitors of Singapore Air Force Museum (SAFM), a member of Defence Collective Singapore Limited (DCS), and ensure that SAFM’s narrative is preserved, managed and consistently implemented during the day-to-day operations to achieve guest satisfaction.

Represent Singapore Air Force Museum in creating the best experience for guests.

  • Build rapport with guests and manage their needs & expectations.
  • Engage guests and deliver tour spiels, narrations and explanations on artefacts, exhibits and activities / games.
  • Performs operational roles in various stations such as:
    • Ticketing Reception, F&B and Retail
    • Exhibitions / Galleries
    • Theatre, Playground
  • Prepare and facilitate fun and exciting indoor/outdoor activities.
  • Provide the first level of service recovery.
  • Responsible for ticketing numbers consolidation & POS reconciliation.
  • Ensure the serviceability of exhibits, facilities and equipment by performing routine checks and basic corrective measures.
  • Prioritise the safety of guests and perform first aid if necessary.
  • Training is provided for the leading of tours and activities/games.
