Job summary

EHL Campus (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a faculty role to teach AI & Digital Competencies as part of the Essentials Programme in Singapore. The course aims to develop digital literacy and critical thinking around AI in a modern workplace.

Starting date: September 2026. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, with postgraduate qualifications preferred, and at least three years of teaching or industry experience in digital technologies and AI.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Business, Educational Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
• A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• At least three years of relevant teaching, training, or industry experience in digital technologies, artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, or related areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current generative AI tools and their applications in academic and professional contexts.
• Experience teaching digital literacy, AI literacy, technology-enabled productivity, information evaluation, or related subjects to students or adult learners.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, accessible, and engaging manner to students with diverse educational backgrounds.
• Understanding of the ethical, legal, and societal implications of AI, including issues related to bias, privacy, intellectual property, academic integrity, and responsible use.
• Experience designing and delivering engagement, student-centered learning activities that promote digital literacy, critical thinking, and the responsible use of AI.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience teaching students from culturally diverse backgrounds is advantageous.
• Familiarity with blended, online, and technology-enhanced teaching approaches is advantageous.
• Demonstrated commitment to student engagement, academic integrity, and continuous improvement in teaching practice.

Course description:

This course introduces students to fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence and develops critical digital literacy skills for the modern workplace. The emphasis is on understanding, judging, evaluating, and ethical awareness of using AI tools responsibly.
