I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

  • Oversee construction projects, including attending site meetings and inspections.
  • Regularly report on project progress and monitor the schedule.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and with the necessary certifications.

II- Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all assigned projects, including cost control and manpower allocation, ensuring work is completed according to contract terms.
  • Attend site meetings to track project status and protect the company’s interests, ensuring meeting minutes are accurate.
  • Work with Architects and Consultants to provide updates on work progress, technical compliance, and variation claims. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project progress and budget.
  • Coordinate maintenance of fire protection systems during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirement :

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
  • 44 hours work week
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
