About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Vintage Retail Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vintage retail shop. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong customer service skills, and an appreciation for unique, timeless pieces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth running of all retail activities.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle inventory management, including stock-taking, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to drive revenue.
• Maintain shop appearance to reflect the brand’s identity and charm.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Work with marketing team to execute tasks.

Work Schedule
