Job summary

Boring Creative Agency in Singapore is seeking a Videographer & Editor for a full-time hybrid role. You will craft visual stories, shoot across brand campaigns, and edit content for social, ads, and brand films.

The ideal candidate brings strong storytelling, camera operation, lighting and audio setup skills, with Da Vinci Resolve proficiency. This is a fast-paced, creative environment with opportunities to grow with the agency.

Responsibilities

• Translating creative concepts into practical shoot plans.
• Creating shot lists, storyboards, and basic run-of-show.
• Planning locations, equipment needs, and on-site flow.
• Lead on-site production, ensuring shoots run smoothly and efficiently.
• Make creative and technical decisions on set to achieve the intended outcome.
• Edit videos for multiple platforms (social, ads, brand films, reels).

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Videographer & Editor, based in Singapore with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As a Videographer & Editor, we're looking for someone who cares about visual storytelling & cinematography, not your typical social media video person

You will help us bring our creative visions to life, putting together creative work that captivates & impacts for our brands.

Key Responsibilities

1.Shoot Planning & Production

• Translating creative concepts into practical shoot plans
• Creating shot lists, storyboards, and basic run-of-show
• Planning locations, equipment needs, and on-site flow
• Lead on-site production, ensuring shoots run smoothly and efficiently
• Make creative and technical decisions on set to achieve the intended outcome

2.Videography

• Execute on-site filming across brand, campaign, and social content
• Handle camera operation, lighting, and audio setup
• Adapt shooting style across different brands and formats
• Edit videos for multiple platforms (social, ads, brand films, reels)
• Apply pacing, colour grading, sound design, and basic motion where needed
• Ensure final outputs meet brand, platform, and campaign objectives
• Contribute ideas during concept development and creative discussions
• Suggest visual treatments, formats, and storytelling approaches
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to align visuals with messaging

Offered Salary: 3.5k - 4.5k
