Job summary

Garena in Singapore is seeking an Intern, Video & Graphic Design Editor to join our on-site team. You will develop creative concepts and produce video assets for promotional campaigns, game updates, events, and social media.

You will edit videos for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok and X, create trailers and marketing assets, design banners and thumbnails, and monitor performance to improve results. A strong portfolio and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or alternatives are required.

Qualifications

Strong video editing skills across short- and long-form content.
Graphic design for banners, social creatives, and thumbnails.
Experience managing the full creative production process from concept through post-production.
Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and design.
Ability to work quickly in a live-ops environment.
Experience creating content for Roblox or gaming audiences is a plus.
Motion graphics or VFX experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Photoshop is a plus.
Understanding of thumbnail CTR and retention metrics is a plus.
Ability to work independently from high-level creative briefs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and produce video assets for promotional campaigns, game updates, events, and social media.
Edit videos for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, and X, optimising content for each platform.
Create trailers, announcement videos, and other marketing assets to support game launches and live events.
Capture and edit gameplay footage where required.
Design static marketing assets, including banners, social creatives, and Roblox storefront thumbnails.
Produce event creatives and promotional artwork for marketing campaigns.
Monitor creative performance and use insights to improve thumbnails, videos, and overall content effectiveness.
Stay up to date with social media and gaming trends, adapting trending formats into game-specific content.
Produce high-quality creative assets on a fast, live-ops production cadence.
Work closely with the Marketing and Product team to turn creative briefs into polished final assets.
Ensure all creative work aligns with the game's visual identity and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
