Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in video editing and post‑production with a portfolio showing strong storytelling and editorial judgement.
• Videography and photography experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with Photoshop and Lightroom is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Video Editing and Post‑Production: Edit video content from brief through assembly, narrative refinement, sound, colour, graphics and final export.
• Review and Quality Control: Review edits for story, pacing, audio, colour, captions and technical quality; manage revisions.
• Editorial Planning and Collaboration: Clarify objectives, audiences and deliverables; contribute to scripts and storyboards.
• Videography and Photography Support: Capture footage and photos at events when required; use proper camera/lighting/audio techniques.
• Project and Vendor Coordination: Schedule coordination with teams, freelancers and vendors; outsource editing when needed.
• Media Equipment and Asset Management: Recommend and procure media equipment; maintain organised project files.
