About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional AI Video Creator to be part of our fun and talented team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and produce AI-generated introduction videos.
• Strong eye for visual design.
• Maintain an organized content library and production schedule.
• Keep up with the latest trends in AI and video production.
• Create high-quality videos using AI video generation platforms (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, Pika Labs) for marketing, training, social media, or internal communications.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to turn scripts or ideas into engaging AI-driven video content.
• Customize AI avatars, voices, languages, and visual styles based on brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Edit and refine AI-generated content using standard video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve) as needed.
• Maintain a consistent visual and narrative style across videos while experimenting with emerging AI capabilities.
• Optimize videos for various formats and platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, internal LMS).
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in AI video generation and suggest new tools or techniques to enhance content quality.
• Manage video timelines, versioning, feedback loops, and asset organization to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications / Requirements

• At least 2 years experience of video editing.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generating platforms of Synthesia, or HeyGen etc.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Creativity and strong design sense.
• Good communication skills, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Experience producing highly polished short videos on a deadline.
• Knowledgeable about data privacy and responsible content practices.
• Experience customising AI avatars, voices and scenes using cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with voiceover, subtitles, transitions and optimizing for various output formats.
