Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of the AI and Data team, leading the business analysis function for AI/GenAI and data initiatives. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to define requirements, assess feasibility, and guide the development of AI-driven and data-driven solutions. • Define and maintain the AI/GenAI and data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strateg
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution teams to ensure AI and data initiatives meet governance and compliance standard
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insight
• Champion AI adoption across business units by articulating value propositions and use case

• Lead discussion, documentation, and validation of business requirements for AI/GenAI and data solution
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for AI and data initiative
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solution
• Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for AI and data related application

• Identify high-impact AI and Data use cases and assess their business value and implementation feasibilit

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management within the IT indust
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with AI/ML and data technologies, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analyti
• Experience in leading AI-related business initiatives from ideation to implementati
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related fie
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferr ed
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployme
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (basic), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
