Responsibilities
  • Product Owner, Business lead responsible for planning, prioritizing and executing the change initiatives across booking channels and covering end-to-end journey and process.
  • Managing internal (business, support, product managers & technology teams) and external (partners and vendors) stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the initiatives and enhancements.
  • Change agent for establishing the processes to support rollout.
  • Managing delivery of product backlog
  • Handling of production functional queries and provision of training
  • Act as a product owner, business lead, business analyst for the wealth segment.
  • Gather requirements and maintain product backlog
  • Find/propose and deliver added value solutions
  • Act as either Product Owner or Subject Matter Expert toward agile delivery
  • Report regularly to the management and stakeholders on delivery status
  • Develop efficient working relationship and good interactions/communication with the various stakeholders/departments
  • Subject matter expert on specific areas of wealth business, able to go beyond the expressed business requirements to identify opportunities and added values solutions enhancing client service, operational efficiency and operational risk.
  • Ensure good change management plan (engaging stakeholders, communicate on changes before and after, influencing)
  • Coordinate and execute change management activities (training, documentation of user guides/manuals, workflows, etc)
  • Systematic analysis of standard operating procedures and delivery of improvements through project implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 10 years of experience as change manager, product owner or business analyst.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking sector with sound knowledge in banking operational process.
  • Good communication (presentation, moderation, etc.) and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with an opened and flexible mindset
  • Fast learning capability coupled with sound organisational skills
  • Analytical / problem solving ability
