Job description

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

• Plan the transaction banking strategy and enhancement and conduct the project management related to product development / implementation for mainly cash management products in the Asia Pacific region
• Discuss and negotiate with internal stakeholders in Tokyo head office as well as Asia Pacific countries on cash product themes such as product development / product roll out / implementation / customer support and so on, using both English and Japanese
• Conduct the project management for product implementation to customers and product roll out across the APAC region
• Conduct the requirement definition / test planning / internal procedure creation for the product creation or enhancement
• Trouble shooting when system issue occurs and handling customers communicating with not only APAC IT department but also TKY H.O. IT department
• Conduct the tasks of H.O. cash product across APAC region as per H.O. instruction in Japanese

What you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree with least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking especially for Cash Management
• ISO20022 implementation experience and having the knowledge of MAS regulation and Swift standard rule related to MX payment are required
• The product knowledge of cash transaction banking about corporate internet banking / Host to Host / Liquidity management / FX are required
• Business level skill in both Japanese and English will be advantageous as you are required to communicate with both internal and external parties in those two languages
• IT skills e.g. application development / infrastructure is preferable
