Job description

A world-renowned hospitality group with a portfolio spanning upper midscale to luxury brands is seeking a sales and partnership leader to join its regional leadership team in Singapore. The role will be based in Singapore and traveling to be expected.

Responsibilities

This pivotal role reports to the Commercial Head and is responsible for driving revenue growth across the organization's portfolio of hotels through the oversight of Regional Sales Offices (RSOs) and strategic partnerships. This role manages all revenue-generating market segments - including corporate accounts, MICE, B2B, B2C, leisure, and tourism partners - and ensures that global sales initiatives align with overall business objectives. The role would collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to optimize profitability, market share, and brand positioning worldwide.

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, global partnerships, or revenue management with proven success in driving revenue across multiple market segments. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is independent, collaborative and a problem-solver. You are also an excellent communicator and places an emphasis on building relationships with various stakeholders.
