The Transformation Group’s Customer Experience Strategy team is looking for a Behavioural Scientist who will be part of the team driving behavioural science projects at DBS. You will be involved in driving CX & business impact by applying behavioural science. To do so, you will uncover behavioural biases and barriers that are affecting customer decisions and behaviours, design behaviourally‑informed interventions for experimentation, and upskill the bank on behavioural science. The right candidate is someone who is passionate about improving customer experiences and business outcomes by scaling behavioural science and rigorous experimentation at the bank.
