Job summary

Emiratesline is seeking a hands-on Manager, Vessel Stowage for its India office. You will supervise stowage planning, coordinate with ports and terminals, and drive cost-efficient vessel operations while maintaining safety and schedule integrity.

You should bring 2–5 years of stowage planning experience, a related degree, and strong English communication skills. Flexibility for berthing windows and dynamic schedules is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in maritime studies or port operations.
• Experience in vessel stowage planning or related logistics roles.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vessel stowage planning and operations.
• Coordinate with ports, terminals and stevedores.
• Ensure efficient stowage with safe stability and trim.
• Collaborate with logistics to optimize costs and schedules.
• Provide performance reporting on vessel utilisation and costs.
