Qualifications

Overview

Join our dynamic R&D organization as a Verification Engineer, where you will play a key role in validating and supporting our portfolio of PLCs and associated industrial automation products. You will work closely with multi-site engineering teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the existing portfolio of PLCs and related industrial automation products.
• Understand product features and specifications based on industry standards.
• Interpret verification test plans and set up the required test environments.
• Design, generate, execute, and optimize reusable test cases.
• Perform functional, stress, and reliability tests; troubleshoot issues and support resolution.
• Assess the impact of new features, identify risks, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Review and validate content for customer-facing product documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional, multi-site R&D and System Test teams to ensure seamless product verification.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in designing and developing verification tests in an R&D environment.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, Serial Line, and Modbus.
• Familiarity with Ladder Logic or at least one IEC 61131-3 programming language (e.g., Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Function Block).
• Strong analytical and systematic troubleshooting skills, especially for customer-reported issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
