Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Vendor Management Analyst to support our client’s Global Marketing Operations team.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement and vendor processes to ensure efficient, compliant and timely execution of marketing activities across the region.
  • This role requires a balance of operational execution and strategic thinking, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end vendor management processes, including contract creation, purchase orders, renewals and budget tracking.
  • Review and triage sourcing requests to ensure policy compliance and optimal cost management.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Legal, Finance and Procurement teams to execute sourcing activities.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Drive process improvements and propose strategic solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems and tools.
  • Support initiatives to enhance sourcing efficiency and vendor performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management or related functions—preferably within the marketing, advertising or media industry.
  • Hands‑on experience managing procurement processes, including contracts and purchase orders.
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.
  • Highly proactive, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
