Job summary

A local service provider in Singapore is seeking candidates for a 1-year direct contract role. The successful applicant will handle installation and troubleshooting of vehicle devices, ensuring eligibility of motorists. A minimum of N levels and 1 year of relevant experience is required. Comfortable travel island-wide is a must. Competitive salary of $2500 plus overtime and bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle.
• Must be comfortable traveling around the island to perform repair and maintenance.
• Experience in vehicle accessory installation and wiring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check microsite to confirm motorist eligibility.
• Handle migration and new vehicle installations.
• Perform on-site or in-house installation and removal of IU/OBU devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues for eligible motorists.
• Clearly explain identified issues and proposed resolutions to motorists.
• Submit all required reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper accounting of inventory.

• Working Location: Sin Ming/ Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am – 5pm), Sat (8am – 12pm + OT)
• Salary range: $2500 + OT + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Check microsite to confirm motorist eligibility
• Handle migration and new vehicle installations
• Perform on-site or in-house installation and removal of IU/OBU devices
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues for eligible motorists
• Clearly explain identified issues and proposed resolutions to motorists
• Perform installation and removal of IU/OBU devices as per the guidelines
• Commission and decommission devices as per guideline
• Submit all required reports accurately and on time
• Keep detailed records of daily tasks and issues handled
• Ensure a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Maintain proper accounting of inventory

Job Requirements

• Minimum N levels and above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle
• Must be comfortable travelling around island wide to perform repair and maintenance
• Experience in vehicle accessory installation and wiring is preferred
