Responsibilities

• Attend to vehicle breakdowns and recovery jobs on‑road or roadside. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, drive safely and work in advance weather / traffic conditions as required.
• Ability to respond to breakdown quickly, any time (shifts, weekends, public holidays) maybe required.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults in vehicles (light/heavy) using diagnostic tools/equipment.
• Perform repairs and replacements of defective or worn‑out components (eg brakes, transmission, clutch, suspension, steering).
• Conductive preventive maintenance, regular servicing and inspections to avoid breakdowns.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2 years or more) working as a mechanic, preferably with breakdown / recovery / roadside assistance exposure.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
