Job summary

A global technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in IT and proven expertise in managing large-scale programs in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Candidates should have at least 7-10 years of IT experience and advanced knowledge of Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM. The role involves managing full project lifecycles, overseeing integration and operations, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. Prior experience in handling global commercial CRM initiatives is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

Job description

• 7–10 years IT experience + minimum 5 years managing global/multi-national business application projects
• Proven large-scale program/project delivery in regulated industry (preferably Life Sciences/Healthcare)
• Advanced expertise in Veeva CRM + Veeva Vault (Healthcare focus) OR Salesforce CRM (Healthcare/LifeSciences focus)
• Strong program management across full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, risk/issue management, budget, global rollout
• Integration, Global Data Warehouse, and Master Data Management (MDM) experience
• Vendor, staff, and operations management
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and ability to bridge technical/functional teams

Big Advantages

• IQVIA and/or Accurytics experience
• Experience leading global Commercial CRM programs in Diabetes Care or Medical Devices/Pharma
