Job Description
  • 12+ Years of experience in managing large scale global programs in Veeva CRM, Vault, Salesforce
  • End to End understanding of global implementation of large-scale Programs, in Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, Salesforce, Data migration, integration, Environment strategies to drive technical aspects of delivery with program Architects
  • Work in collaboration with Program Lead ensuring meets business objectives, quality expectations, and timelines.
  • Co‑ordinating across‑cross functional workstreams (Veeva Professional team, Engineering team, MDM, D&A, QA, Market Deployment teams) identifying and mitigating risks, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Prepare and define the overall replatform program plan in collaboration with Work stream leads, Deployment Cut Over planning, Sequencing, Market onboarding plan and identify dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and drive the execution of defined tasks
  • Actively work with workstream leads, Veeva Professional Team, Product Support teams to resolve roadblocks, issues ensuring team progress and bring in the right attention of leadership for any challenges
  • Work in collaboration with QA lead, regional business leads, Platform workstream leads to define UAT strategy, objectives, defect monitoring, success criteria, aligning them with business and program goals to meet timelines
  • Strong communication, problem solving internal personal skills to foster collaboration in achieving the business goals
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between the Functional teams, stakeholders and leadership team and providing regular progress updates and status reports
