A global energy and commodities trading company in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Officer to manage all purchasing activities for its vessels. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Procurement, Marine, or Engineering, with excellent negotiation skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include sourcing technical spares and services, liaising with Superintendents, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies. VBunkers is 100% owned by Vitol, an expert bunker tanker manager and operator with extensive experience of physical bunker supplies in the port of Singapore, the world’s largest bunkering port, and a fleet of 22 modern Singapore flagged bunker tankers.
