Job summary

Amgen in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Market Access Intern to join the Value Access & Policy (VAP) department. You will work with VAP and cross-functional teams to develop market access solutions and learn pricing policies.

This internship offers exposure to patient programs, pricing reviews, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients in Singapore and Malaysia. It builds market access skills in a fast-paced environment and emphasizes scientific rigor and Amgen values.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical science, life-science, business or marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Very task oriented.
• Self-starter.
• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaterals for patient support programs.
• Provide project management assistance for innovative access initiatives and patient education projects.
• Review resources from global and summarizes them into key messages for value story materials for cross functional team and ensure accurate referencing on the materials.
• Support in quarterly review of pricing and PSPs to ensure governance is in place.
• Learn to engage with healthcare professionals and patients through patient program implementation.
