Job Description & Requirements
Role: The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for loading products into convenience channels, managing relationship with store managers and optimising sales.
Responsibilities
- To follow according to coverage plan route & achieve target
- Monitor and recommend the optimal stock holding level to manager
- Replenishment to outlets as and when necessary in addition to regular daily sales route.
- To achieve the agreed sales volume set by manager.
- Weekly tracking of sales versus targets set
- Selling the right quantity to the outlets as to avoid OOS situation or over stock in the outlets.
- Build good relationships and rapport with stores
- Manage the itinerary given to ensure that all outlets allocated per day are being serviced.
- Perform stock rotation in the outlets to ensure minimal stock returns (avoid expired stock).
- Execute trade activities to the retailers according to plan.
- Be able to explain & communicate to retailers of the trade activities mechanics
- To observe and analyse stock movement and recommend trade plans
Requirements
- Sales and relationship oriented personality
- Organised and efficient time management ability
- Ability to work 6-day week
- Able to speak English, Chinese, Bahasa Melayu
- Class 3 License
