Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and efficient Logistics Van Driver to support our supply chain operations by delivering goods to clients and distribution centers. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics or delivery services, excellent time management skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods and materials to various locations, including warehouses, retailers, and customer addresses.
• Load and unload items from the van, ensuring safe handling and securing of goods.
• Verify delivery documentation such as invoices, manifests, and delivery notes.
• Plan daily routes based on delivery schedules, using GPS and logistics software.
• Inspect vehicle regularly to ensure it is in proper working condition (fuel, tires, lights, etc.).
• Report any delays, accidents, or issues with deliveries to the logistics coordinator or dispatcher.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and fuel receipts.
• Ensure all items are delivered in good condition and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• Adhere to company policies, road safety regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Support loading and inventory activities at the warehouse when needed.
