Job summary

FOREST LINK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a delivery driver to load, transport and deliver items safely and on time. You will review orders, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain customer satisfaction across routes, while adhering to schedules.

The role requires a Class 3/4 license, ability to drive a van, and strong time management and customer service skills. Walking, driving, lifting, and long periods of activity are involved.

Qualifications

• Class 3 & Class 4 Manual Driving License.
• Able to drive Van.
• 6 days (Monday to Saturday).
• Experience may be required or preferred.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Good attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abiding by all transportations laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Set up TVs or Monitors for customers (tabletop set, fixed wall mount, swivel wall mount)
