Responsibilities

• Work with your manager to meet sales targets.
• Take lead in the execution of Market / Rental Valuations of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients.
• Provide guidance and manage interns (if required) and handle all operational related issues/matters.
• Perform indicative valuations, inspections, data searching and/or derivative valuation.
• Engage in business development and other initiative work as required.
• Undertake portfolio work and non-standard/specialized valuations where required.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property valuation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local property laws and taxation policies.
