Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Operation Executive specializing in watch appraisal and valuation. Responsibilities include handling watch purchasing, managing repairs and inventory, assisting with authentication, and supporting marketing tasks. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in luxury watch environments. This role requires working five days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with a salary range of $2,500–$3,500.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in watch authentication, valuation, or appraisal.
• Experience in luxury brands is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in pawn shops or second-hand luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Handle watch purchasing and customer enquiries.
• Manage servicing, repairs, and inventory.
• Assist with watch authentication and documentation.
• Support sales and marketing through product photography.
• Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

Operation Executive (Watch appraisal & valuation)

• Working hours: 10:30am – 7:30pm
• Working day: 5 days/week, must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Salary: $2,500–$3,500
• Location: Orchard

Job Responsibilities

• Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
• Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
• Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
• Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
• Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• With relevant experience in watch authentication, valuation, or appraisal, preferably for luxury brands
• Hands‑on experience in a pawn shop, pre‑owned luxury retail, or second‑hand goods environment is highly preferred.
