Job summary

EY-Parthenon Singapore invites experienced managers to join our Valuation and Modelling team. You will work on complex financial decisions, build fit-for-purpose models (cash flow, integrated financial statements) and collaborate with management on strategic client decisions and acquisitions.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in valuation, financial modelling or FP&A, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with data analytics tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Alteryx).

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, business, finance, economics or mathematics.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in valuation, financial modelling, FP&A.
• Strong financial modelling skills (Excel) and ability to create fit for purpose financial models.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance theory, risk and return, capital budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to learn/use visualization software and manage large data sets (PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; ability to build internal/external networks.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial modeling engagements for strategic planning, capital allocation, transaction support, investment appraisal, financial planning and reporting.
• Provide clients with modelling solutions, data analytics and analysis to address complex business problems.
• Leverage technology and analytical tools to deliver insights and enhance services.
• Maintain positive, productive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Collaborate closely with Transaction Advisory teams and the wider firm.
