Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Validation Engineer for a 12-month contract in Tuas, Singapore. The role focuses on independently leading validation activities for equipment, processes, and computerized systems in a biopharmaceutical facility.

Responsibilities include developing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, performing risk assessments, and coordinating with QA, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure GMP alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 4-8 years of validation experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing.

• Lead validation risk assessments and ensure GMP/GAMP compliance.
• Investigate validation-related deviations and support CAPA implementation.
