Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced UX Researcher for a role focusing on product research and development. The successful candidate will partner with various teams to identify research questions and execute studies. A MA/MS/PhD in a related field and at least 5 years of experience is required. This is a 9-12 months contract position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.

Duties

• Partner cross-functionally with product management, design, content strategy, data science, and engineering to identify important research questions
• Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research studies that span different phases of product development cycle
• Identify the right research methodologies and execute with rigor
• Collaborate closely with other UX researchers to leverage and build upon knowledge
• Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
• Generate insights that shape how product teams think about short, medium and long-term product strategy

Requirements

• MA/MS/PhD in a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Economics, Political Science, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in applied product research
• Previous experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Singaporean only
