Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing) to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Analyze research data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that inform product and service design.
• Develop customer journey maps, service blueprints, and process flows to visualize and improve user experiences.
• Facilitate ideation workshops and apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with product, tech, data, and business teams to translate insights into innovative solutions.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure and improve service effectiveness.
• Ensure methodological rigor and stay updated on UX and service design best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in UX Design, Service Design, HCI, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and service design frameworks.
