Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify user needs, business opportunities, and trends.
• Provide insights to inform product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and design standards.
• Translate product vision into actionable UX tasks and ensure alignment with user goals.
• Plan and manage design sprints, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Track success metrics and use data to drive design improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in UX, product design, or product management.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiar with front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery).
• Strong understanding of design thinking and product strategy.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and creative problem-solver, comfortable in agile environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design and strategy thinking.

Preferred Experience

• Background in defining product roadmaps and system-level UX strategy.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for Senior UX Architect.
