Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager (AVP) to lead OSPL Digital Projects, bridging business and technology to deliver user‑centric solutions for customers and partners.

You will own requirements, drive planning and end‑to‑end delivery, manage scope, budget, and risk, and ensure governance and successful deployment. A minimum of 5 years in project management within financial services is required, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid PM methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in stockbroking, capital markets, or trading environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with post-trade processes; clearing & settlement is a plus.

• Serve as primary liaison for business users, representing requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation; translate into actionable deliverables.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initiation to go-live and post‑go‑live support.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget; readiness for deployment including change management.
• Provide regular updates to management, highlight risks and mitigations.
