As we expand rapidly, we’re building a dynamic team to connect with new audiences through strategic partnerships, creative campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and achieve user growth targets for Singapore’s securities and content verticals by designing end-to-end user acquisition and operational plans.
  • Leverage growth methodologies to deploy multifaceted strategies, including but not limited to channel expansion, cross-industry partnerships, campaign marketing, and viral user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with global teams (Operations, Brand Marketing, etc.) to localize growth strategies for Singapore. Organise and optimise offline campaigns, roadshows, and standardisation of field execution.
  • Manage hybrid teams, including recruitment, training, and scheduling of part-time staff, while overseeing external vendors to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee on-site operations, including event setup, staffing, warehousing, and F&B arrangements. Own end-to-end budget management and execution timelines.
  • Drive data-informed decisions by integrating business objectives, user insights, and market trends. Mobilise cross-departmental resources (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Product) to execute projects.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience in user growth, traffic operations, or channel management; prior exposure to finance/stocks/content ecosystems is a plus.
  2. Proven track record in independently leading offline user acquisition projects (e.g., street activations, corporate roadshows, mall pop-ups).
  3. Ability to build scalable processes amid ambiguity. Experience in managing external resources (vendors, contractors) and cross-departmental collaboration (Marketing, Legal, Product).
  4. Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in macro-level planning and orchestration.
  5. Thrives in fast-paced, multicultural settings; international work experience preferred.
  6. Exceptional ownership, self-motivation, resilience, and learning agility.
