Responsibilities

• Leads efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing technology solutions. Operates as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business processes in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Leads, identifies, designs, and implements information systems and enhancements to meet business process requirements.
• Leads and manages project deliverables in coordination with various team members.
• Configures and tests systems to verify features, integrations, and reporting.
• Serves as a liaison between business process owners, Functional Groups, Regions. Enables super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to build knowledgeable partners for effective collaboration on systems for business process automation and optimization

Requirements

• Min Degree with 5 -6 Years’ experience
• Experience in ERP system (SAP/Oracle etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Comfortable in doing high volume documentation
• Ok to start in Jan 2026
