📍 Novena Square, Plaza Sing, Raffles City, Suntec City & Chinatown Point

Full-Time

• 8am-5pm / 8.30am-5.30pm / 11am-10pm / 12pm-10pm (No fixed morning shift; flexibility across rotating timings will be required)
• 6-days work week
• Gross monthly salary up to $3,200

Part-Time

• 12pm-10pm / 12.30pm-10.30pm
• Min. 4-5 days work week (Inclusive of weekends & PH)
• $11 per hour (Weekdays), Additional $2 per hour (Weekends & PH)

Role Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to all customers ― assist with inquiries, offer product recommendations.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process cash, card and digital payments.
• Help customers with placing orders, picking up pre-orders for cakes and managing special requests.
• Maintain attractive, fully-stocked displays with products neatly arranged and correctly labelled.
• Operate the bread slicer machine safely and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize trays, tongs, utensils, displays cases and work areas regularly.
• Assist with daily stock-taking, inventory replenishment and product balancing.
• Collaborate closely with the team and supervisor to ensure smooth operations and complete any ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Prior experience in retail/ F&B or customer service role is an advantage.
