Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians in executing test-related activities for server and rack products in production.
• Set up and maintain PXE server configurations for product testing.
• Oversee and sustain the run-in test processes for servers and racks.
• Manage and maintain burn-in and power testing procedures.
• Collaborate with customers, HQ, and the factory on the implementation and upkeep of test programs.
• Troubleshoot production failures and coordinate with customers and HQ/factory for resolution and continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update the test program master list and tracking system.
• Develop and revise working instructions; conduct training sessions for production staff.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Assist production teams during mass production runs.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Willingness to perform shift work when required to support production needs.
• Availability to participate in conference calls outside of regular working hours.
• Solid understanding of testing methods and procedures.
• Proficient in programming and debugging relevant to testing processes.
