Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Responsible for driving sales performance and accountable for meeting revenue, sales and profits targets set by the Company.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Inbound Sales Management
- Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities.
Sales Execution
- Qualified leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaboration
- Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team and departmental.
KPIs Reports and Administrative Matters
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making.
- Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing and other relevant fields.
- At least 1-2 yrs of sales experience.
- Results driven and self-motivated for new challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Experience in standard components in Mechanical, Electrical and Cutting tools will be advantageous.
