Responsibilities:
Service Support
- Lead after-sales operations, collaborating with clients, vendors, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
- Manage commercial activities and support service teams in quotations, PO processing, and technical or commercial discussions.
- Coordinate troubleshooting, STA, and technical meetings between clients and vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and support project execution with internal teams.
- Build relationships with client procurement and project stakeholders.
- Liaise with headquarters and group companies to review requirements, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Conduct site visits for shutdowns and technical discussions as required.
Business development
- Develop and execute business promotion plans, prepare promotional materials, and engage key clients.
- Drive business development activities including sales calls, service menu creation, client discussions and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the company’s "GX Solutions" team for new business services and secure internal approvals.
- Support commercial aspects of after-sales and projects: invoicing, collections, contracts, tax/insurance, legal terms.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports for management on the Technical Service business unit.
- Contribute to knowledge development and training initiatives for technical teams.
Requirements:
- Qualification – Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 12-18 years of overall experience.
- Having 8-10 years of experience in chemical plant, maintenance work.
- Minimum 5 year in design related to rotary equipment.
- Experience in commercial aspect of After Sales Service Support.
- Experience in project management will be good to have.
- Open for frequent International Travel and site activities (Chemical Plant).
