Responsibilities

Club Repair & Building

• Manage club repairs and custom builds, ensuring top-quality workmanship.
• Assemble golf clubs precisely according to fitters’ specifications, focusing on durability and customer satisfaction.
• Improve building processes, enforce strict quality control, and streamline workshop operations for greater efficiency.

Fitting Facilities & Equipment Management

• Ensure fitting tools, software, and machinery are used exclusively by qualified personnel for club fitting and testing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while keeping all equipment in excellent working condition.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, tools, and materials to support smooth fitting and repair operations.

Off-the-Shelf Club Sales & Customer Support

• Provide expert advice to customers on off-the-shelf clubs and custom options.
• Educate customers about adjustable club settings, equipment choices, and golf ball fitting.
• Promote brand fittings and highlight the benefits of professional club fitting to increase customer engagement.

Operational & Event Support

• Collaborate with pro shop staff, managers, and suppliers to enhance operations and boost sales.
• Support nationwide club fitting sessions, demo days, corporate golf programs, and tour events as required.
• Offer post-fitting support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Sales Commitment

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets while actively contributing to the enhancement of club fitting and building systems.
• Implement in-store marketing and promotional displays in line with company guidelines and support local golf sales events.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on the latest golf trends and promotions to assist customer inquiries effectively.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels to ensure shelves are well-stocked, tidy, and reflect accurate inventory to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual stock takes to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Coordinate with stock merchandisers and report low or excess stock to support effective inventory control.
