Summary:

Job Scope:
Logistics Executive / Shipping & Admin Executive
  • Oversee daily shipping operations, including import, export, and transshipment activities

  • Coordinate freight bookings, customs clearance, and preparation of shipping documents (Invoice, BL, COO, permits, etc.)

  • Track and ensure timely shipment deliveries, liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and factories

  • Monitor and update inventory movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • Manage billing, verify freight costs, support cost control, and coordinate with finance and vendors

  • Maintain shipment reports and handle general administrative support for the shipping team

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations

  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation

Admin / Customer Service Officer
Job Scope:
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.

  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery arrangements.

  • Update sales records, reports, and customer database.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
