What you'll be doing

• Lead the design, development, and testing of new equipment machines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Analyze product performance data and engineer solutions to optimize functionality and efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Engineer, preferably within the semiconductor industry
• Senior candidates will be considered for Managerial role
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficient in CAD software and prototyping/testing methodologies
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
