Job description

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently translating internal shopping cart requests and service orders
• Performing Service Confirmations on service-related Purchase Orders (POs)
• Investigating and resolving any Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) issues or discrepancies
• Vendor Master Data (VMD) Management
• Maintaining meticulous records and supporting documentation for all procurement actions, confirmations, and vendor changes.

• At least 3 years of hands-on, daily experience working with SAP procurement modules
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
