Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and review customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal teams for on‑time delivery.
• Manage shipping documentation and Certificates of Origin (COO).
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and provide order updates.
• Generate sales reports and analyze data for performance tracking.
• Support invoicing, payments, and sales process improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
