Responsibilities:
Answered incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries.
Managed customer service requests including follow-up on repair and replacement quotations and maintenance contracts.
Oversaw end-to-end customer order processes, including coordination, negotiation support, delivery arrangements, and payment collection.
Scheduled and coordinated technicians’ daily jobs, confirmed next-day appointments, and updated all confirmed bookings in the system.
Communicated proactively with clients regarding appointment confirmations, maintenance follow-ups, and unforeseen delays or issues.
Supported service department operations by meeting monthly appointment targets, assisting with inter-department matters, and handling ad-hoc duties assigned by the Service Manager.
