Urgent: Safety Coordinator x 2 (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards at the worksite.
• Comply with and enforce all site safety rules and regulations.
• Develop, plan, and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and programs.
• Promote and enforce preventive measures to reduce workplace risks.
• Prepare and present reports on incidents, accidents, and safety violations, including analysis of root causes.
• Supervise repair, installation, and maintenance activities to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Maintain and update safety documentation in accordance with ISO 45001 requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines to maintain a safe and accident-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Safety Coordinator in the Semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, legislation, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of hazardous materials and safety procedures.
• Experience in developing and documenting health and safety policies and procedures.
• Must possess valid certifications in Manage Work at Height, First Aid, and WSH Coordinator Training.
• Minimum qualification: Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
