Responsibilities:


  • Qualify and manage new sales leads through the full sales cycle.

  • Identify opportunities that would benefit from our technology suite using a consultative sales approach.

  • Work closely with Solution Engineers in gathering requirements and proposing high value solutions.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of competing products, and effectively illustrate the value of our high-quality/market-leading solutions to prospects.

  • Recognize high value sales opportunities, and work with prospects on GTM strategy that will yield a win-win partnership.

  • Effectively gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and competition using various resources.

  • Meet or exceed quota expectations.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years in B2B commercial or enterprise software sales, handling complex products.

  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-year quotas using a consultative sales approach.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (email, phone, virtual).

  • Skilled in prospecting and familiar with tools like Outreach, Dooly, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

  • Experience engaging with senior technical leaders (CXOs, VPs).

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM for managing full sales cycles.

  • Team-oriented, accountable, and highly driven to win.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical background preferred.

  • Willing to travel occasionally for conferences and key meetings.
