Job Description
As an HR Executive in Talent Acquisition, you willsupport the execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and building a diverse, high‑performing talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation
- Engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, agencies, and referrals
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand talent needs and advise on recruitment strategies
- Support bulk hiring, recruitment events, career talks, and open houses
- Maintain and update talent pool databases for a continuous pipeline
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Collaborate with Marketing to create recruitment content for social media and professional platforms
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry talks, and recruitment drives
- Support recruitment collateral creation and employee referral programs
- Assist in employer branding campaigns and campus outreach initiatives
Data Management & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports for management review
- Ensure accurate candidate data management in compliance with regulations
- Facilitate pre‑onboarding processes, including registrations with licensing boards (e.g., SNB, AHPC)
- Conduct pre‑employment checks, including references and background verifications
- Assist in recruitment‑related audits and process improvement projects
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Fresh graduates or early‑career professionals welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels
- Pro mdative, self‑driven, and solution četed with an outgoin, dynamic personality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- High proficiency in Excel and recruitment tracking systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
